If you would like me to come and talk with your group, here are some topics (along a few sample presentations) I like to speak and interact around. If you’re in the Victoria area, I’ll do this pro bono.

1. Collaborative Maxims: Principles for Working Together

Description: Collaboration is about people working together.  The real success stories of our time are about good collaboration: businesses, sports teams, political campaigns, causes…  A maxim is a general truth, fundamental principle, or rule of conduct.  Come and learn key maxims for collaborative relationships, and maxims for leading a collaborative organization.   Examples of people and organizations living the maxims, locally and afar, will be shared.

Gain insight into the makeup of innovative teams. Take a multi-media tour of collaborative business models and applications being implemented, locally and from around the world.
